RUNNER Paul Ryman completed the Great South Run to help raise £10,000 for the Cheshire Home charity.
Mr Ryman, 44, from Banbury, did the 10 miles in one hour, 56 minutes, and Rebecca Thomas, the events coordinator at Leonard Cheshire Disability, said: "We are very proud of Paul who helped Leonard Cheshire Disability to raise well over £10,000.
"This is a fantastic achievement and it couldn't have been done without his support."
The charity has a number of places to fill in running events around the country, including the 2008 London Marathon.
