A CAR left the road and smashed into the side of the house in the middle of the night.
It happened in the early hours of Sunday morning, at around 1am.
The driver of the Black Lexus veered off Lower Road in Chinnor, crashing into the side of a house and causing 'significant' damage.
Nobody was injured inside the house, but the 31-year-old woman who was driving the car was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment.
She has since been discharged.
Thames Valley Police are now appealing for anybody who might have seen the collision.
Investigating officer PC Chloe Farnborough, based at the Thame police station said: "No-one was injured inside the property, but the female driver was taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
“I am appealing to anyone who saw the collision or who may have dash-cam or CCTV footage of the incident to contact police."
