OXFORD MAGISTRATES'
ALEXANDER COOTE, 25, of Green Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man on June 23 in Oxford. He was fined £338 and must pay a victim surcharge of £33, compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.
CHARLIE HODGE, 19, of Summers Close, Kingston Bagpuize, admitted causing criminal damage to to a property to a value unknown in Oxford on May 15. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay compensation of £50.
KIYAN KIANI, 24, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted driving above the specified drug limit for cannabis on June 10 at the A34 Weston-on-the-Green. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SINEAD SCANLON, 29, of Hathaways, Wheatley, admitted being drunk in charge of a child aged under 7 at Queen Street, Oxford, on September 2 as well as assaulting a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. She was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for nine months, 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 50 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.
ION MAGUREAN, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing groceries to the value of £210.30 from Sainsbury's, Bicester, on October 24. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.
PETER MARTIN REEVE, 25, of Calthorpe Street, Banbury, admitted driving above the specified drug limit for cocaine on April 26 at the A361 Bloxham. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

AARON THOMAS GLENN-PEARCE, 33, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on November 17 and December 2 last year. He was jailed for 14 days and must pay compensation of £115 and court costs of £200.
KRISTIAN PAUL MARONEY, 23, of Portway, Banbury, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol to the value of £48 from Tesco, Oxford, on September 13. He must pay compensation of £48 and court costs of £80.
WESSLEY BOXALL-ROBINSON, 35, of Northolt Road, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving 57 mph in a 30 mph area at the A40 North Way, Oxford, on September 24. He was fined £536 and must pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.
KAY KUEHNE, 38, of West Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at the A4165 Banbury Road, Oxford, on December 26. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

PETER DAVID LEGG, 64, of Bowness Avenue, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 69 mph in a 40 mph area at the A4130 Bix on February 5. He was fined £666 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
ANTHONY WIBBERLEY, 38, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 20 at the Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford as well as driving while using a handheld mobile phone. He was fiend £1,026 and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
MUHAMMAD SARFRAZ AKHTAR, 32, of The Avenue, Kennington, was convicted of speeding by driving 36 mph in a 30 mph area in Radley on January 2. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
IONUT MINCU, 25, of Comfrey Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 10 at Oxford Road, Oxford as well as driving without a licence. He was fined £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
FAY ESTHER OGLESBY, 57, of Pickett Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed exceeding 50 mph in a 50 mph area at the Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford, on May 5. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 42 days.
L'QUWAN MASCALL, 23, of Meaden Hill, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis at Abingdon Police Station on October 12. He was given a conditional discharge of 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £50.
Jamie PETER MCGOWAN, 28, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Ock Street, Abingdon, on October 12. He was fined £55 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
ARRON JOHN BRADLEY WALL, 26, of Hawthorne Road, Eynsham, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 11 at Market Square, Witney as well as driving wihout a licence and without third party insurance. Had 60 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
MOHAMMAD BASHIR, 28, of Westfield Close, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 23 in Oxford. Had 82 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
LEWIS PAUL DOSSETT, 21, of Portway, Didcot, admitted assaulting a police officer on October 13 in Didcot. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.
LUKE HOLDEN, 29, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 5 at Thames Street, Oxford. Had 80 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.
STEVEN CHRISTOPHER TOMKINSON, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted burglary at Oxford Backpackers on August 23 and stealing cash therein to a value unknown. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £85.
