A MAN charged with rape and sexually assaulting a woman has elected to face trial.
Danyle Smith, 27, of no fixed abode entered not guilty pleas to two offences at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
He is charged with one count of rape and one count of assault by penetration.

The charges relate to an incident alleged to have occurred on January 30 this year.
They involve one woman who cannot be named for legal reasons.
A trial - set to last up to four days - was fixed at the hearing and is expected to be held at the same court on May 4.
