A MUSIC teacher at an Oxford school has appeared at court to admit three counts of illegal sexual activity with a female victim.
Stuart Hubble was at Oxford Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with the sex crimes, with one incident claimed to have taken place in a car at Thorpe Park.
The 50-year-old of Lark Rise, Brackley, indicated a plea of guilty to all three counts.
They all involved one victim who cannot be named for legal reasons.
After he indicated his plea of guilty magistrates said that the case was so serious it could only be dealt with by the crown court.

Presiding magistrate Jane Showell-Rogers said: "We are committing [this] for sentence to the crown court.
"The offences are so serious that you need greater punishment than this court can give."
His defence team also asked for the preparation of a pre-sentence report ahead of his sentencing.
That report by the National Probation Service will explore all sentencing options.
His sentencing hearing will take place at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday January 9. Hubble was released on bail in the meantime.
