A SHOPPING centre has teamed up with The Salvation Army for a second year to help the charity with its annual Christmas Present Appeal.
People have until 4pm tomorrow to donate toys and gifts to the charity at a temporary drop off shop in Templars Square.
Until mid-December, The Salvation Army churches and centres across the UK will be running the appeal which serves to deliver gifts to children and young people that are in need.
The charity has asked for new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children up to the age of 18.
Templars Square has donated a unit within the centre to help the charity gather donations and prepare for distribution, which can be found opposite New Look.

Centre manager Paul Jackson said: “We are delighted to support The Salvation Army’s appeal again this year. It’s such a great initiative and last year we saw over 500 gifts donated from our local community.
“Once all the donations have been collected from the temporary shop they will be packaged into parcels and distributed to children’s homes throughout Oxfordshire, which is absolutely brilliant and we’re pleased we’re able to help in some way.”
