PATIENTS at the Oxford Children's Hospital met a Formula One star of the future, Brazilian racing driver Lucas di Grassi.
He is part of the Renault Driver Development programme, run by the Renault F1 team based in Enstone.
Di Grassi was runner-up in the 2007 GP2 championship - the series which serves as a training ground for stars like Lewis Hamilton before they move into F1.
The driver visited the £30m children's hospital, on the John Radcliffe site in Headington.
