A 15-year-old boy from Oxford has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter after a man in his forties died following an attack.
The boy was arrested yesterday and released on bail the same day until January 2.
It comes after the an attack on a man in Wood Farm area of Oxford on Sunday, October 27.

Police have said the man in his forties was assaulted between 2pm and 4pm on that date either in Woodfarm Woods or possibly outside the shops on Atkyns Road, Wood Farm.
The man suffered injuries and officers think some type of weapon was used.
The assault was reported to officers after the man attended hospital on November 4.
Officers launched an investigation into the assault, but then eight days later ton November 12 the man died from his injuries.
Police already said they had arrested a 16-year-old boy from Oxford on November 16 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, and released him on bail.
Police have now said he, too, is under suspicion of manslaughter, and is due to answer bail on December 16.
Senior investigating officer, Detective Inspector James Senior of Force CID Oxford, said: “We continue to investigate this assault and at this time the death is being treated as unexplained.
“A Home Office post-mortem has been carried out and the cause of death has not yet been established.
“Further work is still being undertaken by the coroner and officers to establish the cause of the man’s death.
“We are aware that a number of people may have been in the area at the time of this assault who have not yet come forward.
