Beating drums and poetry were just some of the sounds which filled the ancient walls of the historic Oxford Castle, as Oxjam drew to a close.
The Small World Party marked the end of the month-long charity music festival which raised thousands of pounds for Oxford-based charity Oxfam.
The multicultural music event began with carnival band Sol Samba playing at Carfax Tower and Bonn Square, followed by poetry reading and music from talented 16-year-old guitarist Wilber.
Volunteer steward Chris Weaver said: "It has been really fun. People have been having a laugh and just enjoying the music.
"I think the location is brilliant with the Castle Mound behind the stage. Lots of people seemed to enjoy Sol Samba."
Organiser Claudine Richardson said: "It was fantastic, there was a real carnival atmosphere."
