A THUG who left a man in intensive care after an unprovoked attack called out 'oh give him a tissue' as the victim's family recounted the ordeal.
Remorseless Toby Smith was at Oxford Crown Court yesterday to be sentenced for one count of wounding.
Presiding Judge Ian Pringle QC said in sentencing the 21-year-old - who tutted and fidgeted throughout the hearing - that he showed 'no remorse whatsoever' for the brutal attack.

Outlining the case prosecutor Cathy Olliver said Smith had been drinking at an address near his home on Saxton Road, Abingdon.
After getting into an argument he was asked to leave and moments later he spotted his victim who was walking past.
Smith then punched the man who fell landing on the ground and was knocked unconscious.
The man had to be treated in hospital for two weeks and was in intensive care.
The court heard that he has since suffered lasting damage to his hearing and his balance.
While the victim's family read out a victim personal statement outlining the impact the violence has had Smith made the shocking comment saying 'oh give him a tissue.'
He later said 'b***ocks' and shook his head.
It was also revealed that he has a number of previous convictions, totalling 11 including for criminal damage, assault and dishonest offences.
In mitigation defence barrister Kellie Enever said that her client was 'immature' but that he had admitted the offence.
Sentencing, Judge Ian Pringle QC jailed Smith for a total of three years and ordered that he pay a victim surcharge.
