Members of the British Horse Society will saddle up and head to County Hall on Tuesday to protest about BMW's closure of a bridleway.
At Witney Magstrates' Court last month, the car making giant won permission to close the Roman Way bridleway, which runs through its Mini plant.
The British Horse Society and Ramblers' Association was ordered to pay £47,500 in legal costs and Horse Society members will also lobby a county council meeting over the bill.
