A DRIVER was stopped by police in Bicester last night after being caught driving an uninsured car.
The driver was given a fixed penalty ticket, six points and a £300 fine before police seized the car on Kings End.

He admitted having no insurance but when police checked his documents, they discovered he only had a provisional driving licence.
Police seized the car and the driver was reported.
