OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

THOMAS TUTTY, 23, of Roman Road, Wheatley, was convicted of assault by beating at Thame between February 24 and March 1. He also admitted two other incidents of assault by beating on March 2 and September 8, as well as damaging a pair of glasses. He was imprisoned for a total of 24 weeks, and ordered to pay a total of £200 compensation for two incidents of assault as well as another fine totalling £145 and a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £775.

MUHAMMED BHATTI, 35, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of criminal damage to a house on Hockmore Street, Oxford on June 8. He was ordered to obey a restraining order preventing him from contacting the owner of the house, and was fined £207. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £48.35, as well as a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £775.

GEORGE BENNIE, 23, of The Crossway, Ardley, was convicted of speeding on the A41 near Bicester on March 12. He was travelling at 54 mph on a road where the legal limit was 40 mph. He was fined £107 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ELLISON BEST, 42, of Latimer Grange, Oxford, was convicted of failing to identify the driver of a car who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DARREN COLE, 43, of Crown Road, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding on the A34 near Chievley on June 5. He was travelling at 79 mph on a road where the legal limit was 70 mph. He was fined £130 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

STEPHANIE HARRIET ALEXIS DALE, 33, of Middle Culham, Henley, was convicted of speeding on the A330 at Bracknell Forest on March 12. She was travelling at 42 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £30. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MIHAI-GABRIEL IFTIMIE, was convicted of speeding on Woodstock Road, Oxford on May 26. He was travelling at 36 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

RORY DOMINIC LYNCH, 41, of The Street, Crowmarsh Gifford, was convicted of speeding on Greys Road, Henley, on March 12. He was travelling at 43 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JONNA JOY PATRICIA MUNDY, 43, of Ridgeway Court, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding by driving 54 mph in a 40 mph area in Bix on March 13. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £30 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ELENA ZNAMENSKAYA, 47, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 26 and July 24 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSH ALEXANDER, 30, of Queen Street, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on June 30 in Henley as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance. Had 95 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined a total of £202 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KIERAN TITE, 29, of Diamond Drive, Didcot, admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty on April 9 in Didcot. He was fined £153 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

MARTYNAS MOKNAUSKAS, 27, of Three Fields, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 18 at Beaumont Street, Oxford. Had 115 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

STEVEN BUBB, 29, of Chantenay Road, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 29 at Ambrosden, Bicester. Had 71 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £345 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Brian HARVEY, 36, of Newport Close, Kidlington, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine and cannabis on May 7 in Yarnton. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 14 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

USMAAN ALI, 24, of Windrush, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 63 mph in a 30 mph area at Broughton Road, Banbury, on February 12. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Shaun HIGGINSON, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on October 11 in Oxford. Six month conditional discharge and £21 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN MCQUOID, 39, of West Street, Banbury, admitted harassment and intimidating a witness between October 8 and 10 in Banbury. Jailed eight weeks suspended for 12 months. £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
