A MAN has died after an ambulance crashed into him on the A34 northbound in the early hours of the morning.
Thames Valley Police is investigating the fatal collision which happened at around 3.20am today.
The force received a report of a collision between an ambulance and a pedestrian on the northbound carriageway of the A34, between the junctions for Peartree and Islip.

Officers attended the scene where sadly a man aged 35 had died.
Next of kin have been made aware and are being supported by specialist officers.
South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) has said in a statement that the ambulance that crashed into a pedestrian who was killed, was not travelling under emergency driving conditions.
A driver said they saw a damaged ambulance at the scene.
