A MAN accused of two assaults and allowing his out of control dog to injure two women will appear at court today.
Alan Lobb is set to appear before Oxford Magistrates' Court today for his first listed hearing.
The 36-year-old of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, is charged with unlawful wounding without intent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He also faces two other counts of being the owner of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
The offences are all alleged to have taken place on July 5 in Wallingford.

It is claimed that Lobb was the owner of a tan-coloured Mastiff cross breed dog called Duke which was out of control at Blue Mountains and injured two women.
He is also accused of two assaults in relation to two women.
As the offences are either-way they can be heard before magistrates or at the crown court.
No formal plea has been entered and Lobb is set to appear at court today.
