OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT
FEZA TOPGUC, 34, of Morris Drive, Banbury, admitted assault by beating on Broad Street, Banbury on June 15. She was discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to obey a restraining order. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £45.
JOANNE LOUISE FITZGERALD, 39, of Windmill Place, Watlington, admitted criminal damaged to a pair of glasses costing £125 on May 8. She was conditionally discharged for three months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.
DUA NOAH, 31, of Shirley Place, Oxford, admitted stealing clothes from a shop in Oxford worth £80 on August 29. He also admitted stealing clothes worth £444 on August 27, alcohol worth £73 on August 26, sunglasses worth £150 from a car on June 17, and alcohol worth £107 on September 8. He admitted these offences took place while he was under a suspended sentence. Noah was imprisoned for a total of 17 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

PETER DANIEL BOWERS, 36, of Ramsons Way, Abingdon, admitted sending a WhatsApp message conveying a threatening message on August 28. He also admitted criminal damage to a car in Sutton Courtenay, smashing the rear window and damaging all four tyres on August 28. Bowers also admitted causing criminal damage to another car in Abingdon and to using violence to try to enter an Abingdon home on August 28. He was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to pau a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85. A restraining order was also imposed on him.
COMPASS CLEAN OXFORD LTD, was convicted of failing identify the driver of a car suspected of an offence between April 8 and May 6. The company was fined £750 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85.

COXWELL HOMES LTD, was convicted of failing identify the driver of a car suspected of an offence between March 22 and April 19. The company was fined £750 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £75 and court costs of £85.
RAHEEM HUSSAIN, 19, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted failing to stop his car on May 8 after a road accident on Bloxham Road, Banbury. Damage was caused to another vehicle because of the accident. He also admitted driving on the same date without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £50. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.
NATASHA PATRICK, 44, of St Johns Street, Bicester, admitted speeding on a road in Denham, Buckinghamshire on February 18. She was travelling at 41 mph on a road where the legal limit was 30 mph. She was fined £124 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

GILBERT JOSEPH GREEK, 65, of Station Road, Ardley, was convicted of driving without a licence on Beaumont Street, Oxford on May 28. He was also convicted of driving without due care and attention on the same date. He was fined £276 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for three months.
DOMINIC HARRIS, 49, of Un-named road through Woolstone, Faringdon, was convicted of assaulting a man on March 20 in Woolstone. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £775.
IAN PATRICK SMITH, 31, of Waynefleet Avenue, Oxford, admitting assaulting a woman at Wood Farm Road, Oxford, on May 26 and was convicted of assaulting a woman in Oxford on May 24. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in the building better relationships programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £60.

GLORIA HUTTON, 59, of Middleton Park, Middleton Stoney, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of 30 mph in a 30 mph area on July 16 in at Bicester Road, Middleton Stoney. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
GEMMA ANN PAGE, 37, of Coopers Piece, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on July 31 at Coopers Piece, Wallingford. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
JOHN HENRY POWNCEBY, 36, of Plantation Avenue, Marcham, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on April 22 at Stratton Way, Abingdon. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
STEVEN ELLIOTT, 37, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 20 at Prescott Avenue, Banbury as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance. Had 47 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined a total of £650 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.
GRAEME FAULKNER, 45, of taunt Close, Headington, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after release from prison by failing to attend appointments on July 16 and 23 and August 1. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.
JAMIE GARRY TONY WOODLEY, 31, of Loder Road, Harwell, admitted stealing meat products to the value of £72.45 and to the value of £106.35 from Marks and Spencers, Didcot, on September 2 and 4 as well as cosmetic items valued at £66.44 from Boots, Didcot, on August 31. Also admitting breaching a previously imposed suspended sentence. He was jailed for four months and must pay compensation totalling £245.24.
JOHAN ANDERSON, 53, of Dodgson Road, Cowley, was convicted of speeding by driving at 62 mph in a 50 mph area at Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on September 3. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.
Charles Alexander HARDING-EDGAR, 32, of Bailey Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between November 13 and December 11 2018 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.
