A SET of upmarket homes on the new Barton Park development have gone on sale.
The swanky homes with scenic surroundings are grouped on a small corner of the estate called ‘Mosaics’.
This includes 237 one- and two-bed apartments and two, three, four and five-bed houses, which are ‘ideal for families and first-time-buyers’.

Prices start at £285,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, £360,000 for a two-bed apartment, and £685,000 for a four-bed house.
Homes under £600,000 are also available with the support of the government’s Help to Buy scheme.
The Mosaics estate is located in the westernmost corner of the Barton Park development right next to the A40 stretch of the ring road.
With 885 homes in total, Barton Park is a joint venture between Oxford City Council and Grosvenor, the estate owned by the Duke of Westminster.
The council, which will own 40 per cent of the homes through its company Oxford City Housing, is offering the new homes to people on its housing waiting list, as well as those who are already council tenants.
The first council tenants moved in in February and were allocated a mix of one, two and three-bed properties in Willow Court and Rosebay Gardens.

Earlier this year councillor Mike Rowley, the city council board member for housing, said he was pleased to see the first council tenants moving into their new homes, saying it ‘marked a proud achievement for the council and our partners in delivering these much needed social homes’.
However, he added that the last tenants were not set to move in until 2020.
Meanwhile, the pricey homes on the Mosaics estate are up for grabs now.
Developer Hill boasted that all of the Mosaics properties ‘feature spacious high-spec kitchens with integrated energy-efficient appliances, boutique bathrooms and en-suites, underfloor heating, individual parking spaces, and green roofs with solar panelling’.
The housing estate is also nearby the specialist Oxfordshire Hospital School, Windmill Primary School and St. Andrew’s Church of England primary.
The sales team said there were one and two-bed apartments left and four and five-bed houses.
