OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT
DAVID JOHN HORWOOD, 43, of Mole Place, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on May 16 by not attending unpaid work sessions. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay court costs of £35.
JAMES RUPERT LEIGH, 52, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on June 4 by not meeting with an officer for a home appointment. He was fined £100.
DANIEL MILNER, 23, of Bay Tree Hotel, Sheep Street, Burford, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on May 20 by not attending unpaid work appointments. He was fined £100.

SHAUN ANTHONY THORNHILL, 47, of Portway, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on July 12 by not attending appointments with an officer. He was fined £100.
TAFFYN JASON BETNAY, 29, of Benouville Close, Oxford, failed to comply with a community order made on March 26 by not attending unpaid work appointments. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
JOSHUA THOMAS OCHOLA-BOLGER, 23, of Denny Gardens, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on December 28 last year. He was ordered to carry out unpaid work as specified in the original community order and was placed under a curfew for 25 days with an electronic tag.
DANNY PARTRIDGE, 20, of Meadowbank, Faringdon, admitted failing to comply with a community order made on February 4 by failing to attend unpaid work appointments. He was ordered to carry out unpaid work as specified in the original community order and must work for 90 hours within the next 12 months.

MARIA JANE CHURCH, 46, of Kempson Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on June 16 at High Street, Clifton Hampden. She was fined £133 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three points.
JAMES TIMOTHY DORAN, 29, of Millmoor Crescent, Eynsham, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on April 25 at Yarnton. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
PAUL MARTIN GRAY, 36, of Manor Close, Cassington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on March 18 at Witney. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points. He also admitted driving without a licence on the same date.

MIHAI BISCEANU, 19, of Summer Place, Blackthorn Road, Launton, admitted driving a Ford Transit Van without third party insurance on September 18 at Gravenhill Road, Bicester. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
JULIAN WILLIAM GEORGE CLARKE, 55, of Willow Lane, Milton, admitted causing £22 of criminal damage to a fence in Abingdon. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £22 compensation. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.
PAUL MARTIN GRAY, 36, of Williams Court, Cassington, admitted driving without third party insurance on June 10 at the A40 in Witney. He was fined £560 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £56 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points. He also admitted driving without a licence.

JAMES THOMAS LAING, 26, of Bromeswell Close, Lower Heyford, driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine and cannabis on June 4 at Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He was fined a total of £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
Reza RAMAZANI, 31, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a police officer on October 7 in Oxford and used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days, £200 compensation and a victim surcharge of £85.
REGGIE RUBEN SMITH, 31, of Ballard Close, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on May 20 as well as assaulting a police officer. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
LEE WINDEBANK, 29, of Worcester Drive, Didcot, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance and driving while disqualified on August 28 at Main Road, East Hagbourne. He was fined a total of £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
ABDELASSAF, 39, of Poulton Place, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol to the value of £223.23 from Tesco, Oxford, on August 26, alcohol valued at £76 from Tesco, Oxford, on August 30 and alcohol valued at £86 from Sainsbury's, Oxford, on September 2. Also admitted stealing four bottles of Vodka from Tesco, Oxford, on September 5, three bottles of Gin and one of Vodka from Tesco, Oxford, on September 6, one bottle of Gin and seven of Vodka from Tesco, Oxford, on September 10. He was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for five days. He must also pay compensation totalling £589.73.
SANDRA BARWICK, 62, of White House Road, Oxford, admitted causing a false alarm of fire to be given on March 22 in Oxford. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85 and made subject to a criminal behaviour order for three years.
Liam CLARKE, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a mobile phone on August 20 in Oxford, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. He must pay compensation of £100, £85 costs and given six penalty points.
JANUARIO PEREIRA-LAM, 40, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and insurance on November 27 in Oxford. Fined £108, must pay victim surcharge of £30, costs £85, ad given six penalty points.
