A MAN accused of causing and inciting children to perform and watch sex acts has made his first appearance at court.
The case of Joseph Palmer was heard at Oxford Magistrates' Court for its first listing yesterday.
The 23-year-old of Gordon Close, Oxford, is charged with 13 counts alleging child sexual exploitation.
He faces counts of causing or inciting children to engage in sexual activity, causing a child to watch an image of sexual activity and causing or inciting the sexual exploitation of a child.

It is claimed that the offences were committed against a number of children in Oxfordshire in 2016.
As some of the offences are indictable-only they can only be heard at the crown court.
The case was sent directly to Oxford Crown Court for a further listing.
That hearing will be held on December 12.
No formal plea has yet been entered to the offences.
