A NEW 24-hour gym will be opening its doors in Didcot.
PureGym will be taking over the empty unit on Broadway – where Boots used to be, next to the Royal Mail.
Work on the gym started earlier in the year, after South Oxfordshire District Council gave the plans the thumbs-up in March.

Bosses at PureGym sold the plans to the council by saying the gym would 'help to significantly improve the provision of heath and fitness facilities sin Didcot and therefore serve to promote healthier lifestyles'.
The gym itself will be set over two floors, with changing rooms, studios, and different work out zones.
Around 12 new jobs have been made for locals – including cleaner roles, personal trainers and manager positions.

The official opening date has now been announced with Play2give head Andy Baker and Invictus Game hero Jack Cumming helping welcome new members on November 18.
The manager Hollie Randall said: "The relationships we have made with local businesses and the general public have been amazing, we can't wait for the club to open so we can give our members the best experience with first class customer services and a fantastic PT team to help them."
