A HUGE bonfire stack has been built ahead of Oxford’s firework display tonight.
The South Park fireworks display is reputed to be Oxfordshire’s largest, and will take place tonight.
Gates open at 4.30pm at the park and there will be a fun fair, food stalls and entertainment before the fuses are lit at 6.45pm.
After the display, the giant bonfire will be lit.
Despite the rain and wind today, organisers have said the display WILL go ahead

Organiser Neil Holdstock of Oxford Roundtable said the display was set to be one of the best yet, with national fireworks champions Illusion Fireworks leading the evenings proceedings.
Mr Holdstock added that all profits from the evening will go to charity, through the local round table charity.
Local charities which have benefitted from the fireworks display in the past include Sobell House.
