A MAN 'stripped off and openly masturbated' while he was in a cell at Abingdon Police Station.
Peter Quinn admitted the count of indecent behaviour while inside cell number 24.
The 26-year-old of Crescent Road, Oxford, also admitted two counts of causing criminal damage as well as one count of assault by beating before magistrates.
Quinn carried out the assault on a man in Abingdon on September 20.
On the same day he went on to cause criminal damage to a police cell while at Abingdon police station to the value of £78.

He further caused criminal damage to a cordless phone, which was destroyed, at the Oxfordshire station to the value of £70.
Quinn also admitted behaving 'in an indecent manner' by stripping off his clothes and performing the sex act while he was in his cell.
He went on to admit all four counts against him and he was sentenced at Oxford Magistrates' Court on September 23.
For the crimes he was jailed for a total of 10 weeks.
Quinn was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.
No compensation was ordered for any of the offences.
