A 12-YEAR-OLD girl was driven to a car park by a man she had met online before being raped.
Paedophile Bhupinder Clair, of Mills Road, Wolverhampton, had been communicating with his child victim on Instagram and WhatsApp before the attack and had asked her to exchange ‘nude’ images.
A court heard yesterday how the girl had told the 24-year-old how young she was and he had stored her in his contacts list under the name ‘stupid.’

Clair had already admitted two counts of rape of a child under 13 and was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Detailing the case prosecutor Grace Ong said the victim - who cannot be named for legal reasons - lived at the time of the attack with her family in Banbury.
On one night in February this year the girl started exhibiting ‘strange behaviour’, she said, including ‘doing her make-up’ late at night in her room as well as requesting a shower.
The girl also asked for a set of car keys so she could retrieve a pair of glasses and her mother, growing suspicious, then decided to lock the door.

Another car then pulled up near the house and the child left before getting inside.
That car was driven by the man she had been communicating with online - Clair.
The court heard they then drove out to a car park near to a hotel and it was while there that he went on to rape her.
Clair was later traced in the early hours of the following morning and arrested.
When asked where he had been he said he had seen a girl he had met on a dating application called ‘MeetMe’.
During police interview he made no comment to all the questions that were asked of him.

Clair eventually went on to admit both counts, despite first indicating a plea of not guilty before magistrates.
In mitigation yesterday defence barrister Peter Du Feu said his client at the time ‘didn’t really believe’ she was as young as she said she was.
He added that Clair said he had intended to meet an adult that night and that things got ‘rather steamy and flirtatious.’
It was also revealed that Clair has no previous convictions and had qualifications in the form of a business degree.
Sentencing, Judge Ian Pringle QC said: “You went off to a quiet, secluded place in Banbury and you had sex with her.
“You also asked for her to send you pictures of her in the nude.
“The fact that she apparently was consenting is neither here nor there for these offences.
“These offences are specifically there to protect young children.”
Clair was jailed for a total of five years and three months and made subject to a sexual harm prevention order indefinitely.
He must also serve a further one year on licence and pay a victim surcharge.
