A SUSPECT accused of murdering a man in Cowley Road has denied any wrong-doing.
Rodney Brain appeared before Judge Ian Pringle QC to enter a plea at Oxford Crown Court on Friday in relation to one count of murder.
The 41-year-old, of Laurel Close in Carterton, is accused of murdering 57-year-old Graham Collier from Oxford.
Mr Collier died after sustaining serious head injuries on Cowley Road following reports of 'an altercation' in July of this year.

At the court on Friday Brain, wearing a red Adidas branded jumper and glasses on his forehead, pleaded not guilty to the single count he faces.
A trial date was also set at the hearing for December 9.
Brain was remanded in custody in the meantime.
