TWO men charged with supplying 'fake' cigarettes in Oxford are set to appear at court after one failed to turn up.
Yesterday, Sabah Haji-Khan, 38, of Hollow Way, Oxford, was at Oxford Magistrates' Court facing eight counts relating to the supply of tobacco in contravention of trading regulations.

Police are now hunting a second man, Ismaeel Abdul-Kareem, 46, of Nowell Road, Oxford, who faces four similar counts and did not attend the hearing.
The allegations are in connection with an incident in Cowley on September 29 last year.
Haji-Khan is due to appear again at the court on November 25.
