AN EXPENSIVE mountain bike was stolen from a shed off Cowley Road.
Thames Valley Police has today launched a CCTV appeal, picturing a man who they say could have 'vital information' about the East Oxford theft.
At about 5.30pm on Monday, September 2, a silver Giant mountain bike was stolen from a bike shed on Marston Street.
Police did not specify the model, but prices of mountain bike for sale on the brand's website currently range from £365 to £8,799.

Investigating officer PC Tina Maulson, based at St Aldates police station, said: "I believe the man in these images may have important information about this incident.
"I am appealing for anyone who recognises the man in these CCTV images, or if you believe it is you, to please get in touch."
