OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

VIPINCHANDRA AMBALAL PATEL, 65, of Church Path, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph area in Oxford on March 17. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SERGIU POTRIMBA, 39, of College Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 52mph in a 30mph area in Didcot on March 16. He was fined £430 and must pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ASHLEY RADBOURNE, 23, of Alice Smith Square, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 51mph in a 30mph area at Drayton Road, Abingdon, on March 14. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW BRIAN ROLLS, 49, of Mill Street, Wantage, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 14 and June 11 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE ANDREW STARK, 21, of Delapre Drive, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 97mph in a 70mph area on the M40 Beaconsfield on March 20. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with four penalty points.

RADU CATALIN TANASIE, 32, of Ravencroft, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between May 14 and June 11 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STUART WELLS, 38, of Fettiplace Close, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 16 and May 14 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

JENNIFER WHITLOCK, 25, of Redcar Road, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on February 21. She was fined £126 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JAMIE WORTHINGTON-HALE, 45, of East Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph area at Marston Road, Oxford, on May 5. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GORDON YOUNIE, 65, of Beaumont Court, Kennington, was convicted of speeding by driving 43mph in a 30mph area at Marston Road, Oxford, on May 12. He was fined £307 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

BUSTER JAKE FLOYD, 27, of Church Street, Didcot, admitted driving above the drug limit for cocaine and cannabis on April 23 at Kingside, Wantage. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

JOSHUA GALE, 24, of Celandine Place, Oxford, admitted driving over the legal limit for cannabis. Had 6.4 mircrograms of THC per litre of blood in his system, over the legal limit of 2mcg, on March 17. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40. Banned from driving for 12 months.

TYRONE HOLMES-SMITH, 32, of Bartelmas Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating on August 29 at Divinity Road. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £21 and £85 costs.

DANE SIMMONDS, 29, of Cedar Road, Botley, admitted drink-driving on August 30 on Pony Road,Cowley. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 16 months.

ZAHEEB BOKHARA, 22, of Howard Street, Oxford, was convicted of driving a car whilst disqualified on March 10 at Dunstan Road, Oxford. He was also found guilty of driving without insurance on the same date. Bokhara was given a community sentence to attend a 19 day thinking skills programme. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

MATTHEW TRINDER, 48, of Marston Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a bike on June 18 in Faringdon. He also admitted stealing another bike and stealing from a shop on the same date in Faringdon. He admitted that he committed these offences while serving a suspended sentence. He was ordered to pay £780 in compensation and was imprisoned for eight weeks.

GEOFFREY ALEXANDER, 52, of Southfield Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at 35mph in a 30mph area on December 27, 2018. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

KEITH TAYLOR, 62, of Regent Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at 38mph on a road where the limit was 30mph at Rose Hill, Oxford, on January 5. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £65. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.

REDCLIFF WILLETT, 53, of Chapel Lane, Enstone, was convicted of speeding by driving at 79mph in an area where the limit was 50mph at Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on November 20 last year. He was fined £578 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £57 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JENNIFER DYE, 52, of New Inn Road, Beckley, was convicted of speeding by driving at 51mph on a road where the limit was 30mph on January 26 at Stanton St John. She was fined £189 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTHONY ELLIS, 55, of Hampden Avenue, Thame, was convicted of speeding by driving at 85mph on a motorway where the limit was 70mph on the M40 at Beaconsfield, on January 12. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months.
