THERE have been 'hundreds, possibly thousands' of transphobic stickers put up in Oxford since March, police have said.
The force first put out an appeal on Thursday to find those behind the stickers, which have appeared in the High Street, Catte Street and Parks Road area.

Supporters of transgender people, meanwhile, have been removing the offensive labels and replacing them with supportive messages.
Police said those responsible for the transphobic stickers could be charged with a public order offence, and investigating officer PC Rebecca Nightingale added: “Behaviour like this is not acceptable."
