Kyle Jordan Russell Byrne, 21, of Abbey Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage to an Audi to the value of £1,376 on June 27 in Banbury and to a Mercedes to the value of £2,300 . He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must compensation totalling £2,376, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

Anne Doran, 36, of The Paddocks, Bampton, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on July 14 in Bampton. Had 115 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and 100 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90, court costs of £500 and was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Sophia Pratelli, 31, of Peat Moors, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a man in Littlemore, Oxford, on June 19. She must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £200.

Bradley Steven Roberts, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman at Bonn Square, Oxford, on June 18. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £100.

Graham Taylor, 57, of Ruscote Arcade, Banbury, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order between May 20 and June 21 in Banbury by telephoning a woman as well as committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was jailed for four weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Mary Ryan, 53, of Astrop Lane, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on October 12 in Oxfordshire. She was made subject to a restraining order and must pay a fine of £242, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

Aaron Gleed, 30, of Dowell Court, Faringdon, admitted having an offensive weapon - a belt - at Park End Street, Oxford, on April 6. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Luke Blake Wickham, 23, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury on May 28 as well as causing criminal damage to a doorkey. He was jailed for 16 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Brad Chalmers, 30, of James Close, Bicester, was convicted of assaulting a woman in Bicester on May 27. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and he must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £500.

Lewis Dale Hobson, 26, of Park Avenue, Kidlington, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on June 6. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days and a restraining order and he must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

Dmitrijs Buligins, 56, of St Anne’s Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on the B4027 on July 5. He was fined £80, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Kofie Verden John-Welch, 24, of Kingfishers Green, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on January 24 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Ahmad Baroudy, 70, of Woodstock Road, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle when required in Banbury between May 15 and June 12. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Mark Christopher, 60, of Hazel Crescent, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding on Marston Road, on February 2. He was travelling at 45mph on a road where the legal limit was 30mph. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.
