OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

KOJO RITCHIE, 32, of Mill Lane, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence on August 23 at Luther Street, Oxford, as well as assaulting a police officer and a police sergeant. He was jailed for four weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

ALASTAIR TILL, 25, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted driving above the drug limit for cannabis on April 23 at Foxcombe Hill, Oxfordshire. He was fined £323 and a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KEDDIE-JAI BILVERSTONE, 20, of Alma Road, Banbury, was convicted of driving without a licence and using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 29 at Windrush Valley Road, Witney. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for six months.

DINESH CAMARRI, 27, of Tyler Row, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 63mph in a 30mph area at Marston Road, Oxford, on August 26. Fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 42 days.

JAKE HERMES, 21, of Beechey Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 27 at George Street, Oxford. He was fined £145 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 10 days.

ADAM LAWSON, 27, of Middle Way, Chinnor, was convicted of speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone at Chinnor Road, Crowell. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

CHARLES PROUDFOOT, 35, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between March 15 and April 12 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

ELAINE PEARCE, 59, of Broughton Poggs, Lechlade, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 30 in Carterton as well as driving while disqualified and without third party insurance. Had 132mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 60 months.

SHAUNARMITAGE, 61, of Pinhill Road, Banbury, admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 4 in Banbury. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

VICTORIA BARRETT, 34, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted stealing 78 items consisting of food, gifts and seasonal items valued at £401.26 from Asda, Wheatley, on November 14 and stealing three DKNY tops, a black bag and a wallet valued at £314 from DKNY, Bicester, on January 2. Also admitted two counts of making off without payment for petrol owed on December 13 and 31 in Oxford. She was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must pay compensation totalling £120.

BERYL CHAMBERS, 49, of Spencer Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances, namely that she was in employment between June 19, 2017 and April 24, 2018. Also admitted failing to notify the local authority of a change in circumstances that would affect her entitlement to housing benefits. A community order was given including rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £85 for victim surcharge.

MICHAEL HARDISTY, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted exposure on September 9 in Oxford by intentionally exposing his genitals intending for someone to see and to cause alarm or distress. Sentenced to six weeks in prison due to previous record and ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge.

BEN WEBBER, 38, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with requirements of a community order by not attending rehabilitation sessions on June 11, June 18, and June 25. Given a community order of drug and alcohol rehabilitation sessions.

TOMASZ GHIDARA, 24, of Lerwick Croft in Bicester, admitted assault by beating a police constable and police sergeant on June 9 in Bicester. Given a community order to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 victim surcharge plus £85 court costs.

THOMAS REEVES, 25, of Abbey Road, Banbury, admitted obstructing or resisting a constable in the execution of his duty on July 30 in Banbury. Also convicted of assault by beating on March 2 as first offence was during a conditional discharge order imposed on July 8. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MARK WOODLEY, 56, of Stocks Walk in Carterton, admitted possession of an offensive weapon, namely a metal knuckle duster, in Langdale Court, Witney, on July 7. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months and must comply with alcohol treatment requirements and rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

GARY OWEN, 48, of Sterling Road in Kidlington, admitted drink-driving on March 16 along the Eastern Bypass in Oxford. Found to have 10mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Given a community order to undertake 120 hours unpaid work and pay £85 victim surcharge, plus £650 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 42 months.

DAMIEN TUSTIAN, 36, of Causeway in Banbury, was convicted of assault by beating on April 22 in Banbury. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £140 victim surcharge. No court costs as defendant is a serving prisoner.

PAUL MCLAUGHLIN, 57, of Synderford Close in Didcot, admitted failing to surrender to police or court bail on April 29 at Abingdon Police Station. Given a conditional discharge for six months.

MARTYN DAVENPORT, 25, of Williamson Way in Oxford, admitted failing to comply with requirements of a community order made on February 12 to attend unpaid work on July 21, and July 28. Given a community order to carry out 90 hours of unpaid work (10 hours more than the original order) and must pay £60 court costs.

DAVID PATEY, 26, admitted failing to comply with a community order requiring unpaid work appointments on July 19 and July 26. Given a community order to undertake 100 hours unpaid work (20 hours more than the original order).
