POLICE stopped an uninsured marked driving school car on a busy Oxfordshire road that was being driven by a learner.
A student was driving the car taking a paid lesson with the instructor on the A34 in Didcot, when police conducted an ANPR showing the car had not been insured.

The instructor said they thought they had taken out a policy.
A Thames Valley Roads Policing officer tweeted this morning that the discovery 'was a first'.
