THIEVES smashed through the glass doors of a Carphone Warehouse branch in Oxford this morning.
WATCH: Choas left over after theives smashed into Westgate shop
Police officers have cordoned off the shop at the Westgate Centre, which is just next to Itsu, after staff got calls from the alarm company at around 5am.
On arrival the glass door had been shattered and phones had been ripped out of the display holders.
A large hammer was spotted in the window as officers put shards of glass in test tubes to be taken away for finger print tests.
It is not yet known if the shop will open up today, and a cleaner at the shopping centre said he had a team on standby to clean up the mess left behind.
