A DECISION will be made on the £500m Oxford North plan later this month, the city council has announced.
Thomas White Oxford (TWO), which is owned by St John's College, Oxford, wants to build 480 homes and employment space for up to 4,500 jobs. A 180-bedroom hotel is also included in TWO's plan.
Funding of £10m from the government's Housing Infrastructure Fund has already been allocated to the proposal, which would be built on land close to the A44, A40 and A34, near the Wolvecote Roundabout.
A decision is expected to be made by the council's West Area planning committee on September 24 from 6pm.
