THE FORMER college of The Gadget Show presenter Jason Bradbury wants to revamp an old shop on the High Street to become office space, but Oxford City Council need to give the plans the green light first.
The Grade II listed building used to be let to clothing brand Hobbs, before they moved to the Westgate Centre.
Now Oxford University's Lincoln College, which owns the building, has asked the council for special permission to switch the building's use from retail space, to office space.
If all goes to plan, the building will be used by admin staff. Inside, the timber staircase will be taken away and the entrance will be moved to the college's internal courtyard.
