TWO women were punched in the face at a kebab van in Abingdon at the weekend.
The incident happened at around 2.25am on Saturday, August 24 when the victims, a 25-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman, were in front of Sami’s Kebab van in Market Place when they were assaulted by an unknown man.

He punched them before walking away.
The women did not need hospital treatment.
The offender is described as a white man, around 5ft 9ins tall and in his mid-twenties.
He is also described as having a shaved head, short black stubble and slim.
He was wearing a blue t-shirt, black baseball cap, dark jumper, jeans and Nike trainers.

Investigating officer PC Edward Dodd based at Abingdon police station said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
“Anyone with information can call the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 43190261573, or make a report online.
“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
