A 'LARGE altercation' involving around 20 people took place in Oxford last week.
Between 10pm and 11pm on Sunday, August 25, officers received a number of reports from members of the public about the incident which happened in Blackbird Leys in the Balfour Road area and Ashmole Place.

The crowd had dispersed by the time the police attended the scene.
It is currently unknown if anyone was injured.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Craig Burchall, based at St Aldates police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward. This includes anyone who may have captured something on their mobile phones.
“I would also appeal to the public to check CCTV and dash-cam footage in case it may have captured anything that could assist with the investigation."
