A HOUSE could be built on some grassy land if plans are given the go-ahead by Oxford City Council.
The four-bedroom home will be built with a double garage and a back garden in the land at the back of Manor Barn on Mill Lane in Old Marston.
If all goes to plan then it will be built over one and a half storeys.
In the plans, developers said: "It will provide a much needed unit of family sized accommodation in a sustainable location."
