ANTHONY SHIRLEY, 27, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, was convicted of entering a train for the purpose of travel without a valid ticket. He was fined £220 and must pay compensation of £4.90 and court costs of £160.
LUKE TERRANCE, 33, of Horspath Road, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway at Oxford on February 21 without having paid for a valid fare of £33.70. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £33.70, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.
PETER WALLINGTON, 26, of Mendip Heights, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway at Oxford on January 27 without having paid for a valid fare of £6.80. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £6.80, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.
BEN WEBBER, 38, of Valentia Close, Bletchingdon, was convicted of travelling on the railway at Oxford on March 8 without having paid for a valid fare of £4.90. He was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £4.90, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.
EMMA WEBB, 38, of Abbott Close, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway at Oxford on February 14 without having paid for a valid fare of £6.80. She was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £6.80, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £160.

DAVID POWER, 24, of Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted theft by walk-in and stealing six fly wheels, a mobile compressor and some stainless steel tooling to the value of £100 from GKN Hybrid Power on February 23. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.
AMY CLARE, 25, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted sending electronic messages that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character between July 7 and 8 in Oxford. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £40.
NIGEL COX, 53, of Mead Walk, Didcot, admitted assaulting a man in Didcot on July 6. He was fined £240 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.
ASHRAF DITTA, 44, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted stealing rucksack and contents of a value unknown at Mcdonalds, Cornmarket Street, on July 6. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.
MATTHEW EWENS, 28, of Church Lane, Chinnor, was convicted of assaulting a man in Chinnor on January 13. He was jailed for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months and must carry out unpaid work for 120 hours. He must also pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £775.

He also admitted stealing clothing from Sports Direct, Oxford, to the value of £84 on July 12. He was jailed for 12 months suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay compensation of £1.138.
WILLIAM HEBBORN, 37, of Old Bicester Road in Gosford, Kidlington, convicted of using an unlicensed vehicle on September 13, 2018, in the Vale of White Horse. Also convicted of using a HGV on the same day on the A420 without paying a HGV road user levy. Fined £860, and order to pay back vehicle excise duty of £200, plus £230 court costs.
CLEO MCCOY, 57, of Morrell Avenue, in Oxford, convicted of being the registered owner of an uninsured vehicle. Fined £150, and ordered to pay £130 court costs.
MICHELLE OAKLEY, 47, of Newport Close, Kidlington, convicted of being the registered owner of an uninsured vehicle. Fined £220, and ordered to pay £140 court costs.
KARLEY FARNELL, 39, of Hawkins Way in Wootton, near Abingdon, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle on August 28 in Oxford. Fined £130 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £32.34.

Also convicted while subject to a conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly at the Eagle Vaults in Market Square, Witney, on April 19. Fined £300, and ordered to pay £115 court costs.
KEANUSH NAIMIE, 40, of Banbury Road in Oxford, admitted stealing food worth £16.62 from the Coop in Banbury Road on July 10.
CHLOE HUNT, 22, of St Nicholas Road in Wallingford, admitted drug driving on March 1 along Mendip Heights, Didcot. Caught with 4.6mcg of Cannabis in 100ml of blood. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £80 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
JOSE PHILLIP, 58, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order on June 6 in High Street Oxford by using insulting, abusive and racial language to a member of the public and police officer. Also convicted of religiously and racially aggravated intentional harassment and using threatening and abusive words to a person in High Street, Oxford, on the same day. Sentenced to prison for six weeks for the breach, and a further seven weeks for the other charges. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.
TOM LOVERIDGE, 37, of Abbots Wood W, of Oxford, admitted going equipped for theft in possession of bolt croppers and a metal wedge on June 26 in Jourdain Road, Blackbird Leys. Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation requirements and to also carry out 150 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £170 court costs.

Given a community order to comply with rehabilitation requirements, and an alcohol treatment programme.
DANIEL CASSOM, 24, of Woodway in Blewbury, Didcot, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by contacting via Facebook messenger the person named within the order. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £115 court costs.
