BANBURY MP Victoria Prentis has called for the town's Horton General Hospital to get extra funding under the new Government’s health plans.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson focused on 'hospital upgrades' during his first speech on the steps of Downing Street last week.:
In a letter to Health Secretary Matt Hancock, Ms Prentis wrote: “The staff at the Horton are world-class but the building is not meeting the needs of 21st century medicine."

The Conservative MP added: "With travel times and parking at the John Radcliffe in Oxford the Horton offers a vital lifeline for those living in the north of the county."
