WE ARE set for another scorching day in Oxfordshire today but last night rain, thunder and lightning interrupted many people's sleep.

The Met Office put out a yellow warning for a summer storm from 6pm on Tuesday until 9am today.
And guess what - there are MORE thunderstorms heading to Oxfordshire

Sharing the image above on social media Charlie Hayes wrote: "The most amazing 2.5 hour #thunderstorm in #Oxford last night never seen so much lightning."
Oxford Mail Camera Club member Tony Steele also captured a lightning bolt snaking across the sky above Jericho at 1.50am.
Amy Alice posting on Twitter at around the same time said: "The #thunderstorm just woke us all up.
"My house actually shook! The dogs aren’t happy"

Miranda Shaw also tweeted: "Wow! Oxford - The lightning just woke me up it is so bright and the thunder sounded like it was the house breaking in 2."
Outside Oxford, Camera Club member Robert Tyler captured the electric light show over Drayton.
The storm seems to have hit Oxford from around 12.30am and been visible in the city until 3am.
