OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

MARK SULIK, 54, of Dyers Hill in Charlbury, admitted driving on the A44 in excess of the 50mph limit on October 30, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay court costs of £115. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

JASON DEWSBURY, 25, of Alice Smith Square, in Oxford, admitted driving on Littlemore Road on April 17 whilst disqualified and without insurance. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £200 court costs and disqualified from driving for 21 months.

ASHA KUMA-LAL, 47, of Littlehay Court in Oxford Road, Cowley, admitted being in possession of a knife in a public place, namely Oxford Road in Cowley on March 6. Sentenced to six months in prison suspended for 24 months, due to weapon being produced in front of emergency worker. Also ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £150 compensation.

THOMAS JONES, 36, of Fane Drive in Berinsfield, admitted driving without insurance on the A32 Fareham Road on December 3, 2017. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £115 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

TREASURE MUHWEZI, 29, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ court on November 13, 2018, but failing to comply with a curfew on December 24, December 30, and December 31. Fined £80.

DALE NORTHCOTE, 28, of Westfield Road in Witney admitted breaching a supervision default order made on May 5 and June 12, after a period of imprisonment. Order to comply with a curfew between 8pm and 7am daily with electric monitoring for five weeks. Order to pay £60 court costs.

ZAFRAN SULTAN, 36, of Wilkins Road in Oxford, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ on March 20, by failing to attend rehabilitation requirements on April 1. Fined £60.

GRAHAM TAYLOR, 57, of Longelandes Way in Banbury, admitted breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend rehabilitation requirements on May 24 and May 31. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

CALLUM WITTWER, 26, of West Street in Banbury, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements on May 16 and June 13 after being released from prison. Fined £200.

MUHAMMAD ALI, 31, of Osney Court in Oxford, convicted of breaching a non-molestation order by contacting the subject of the order on four occasions. Community order made to comply with rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £585 court costs.

LEE MULLEN, 32, of Edwards Street in Banbury, admitted stealing £34.35 worth of dog treats from Pets at Home in Banbury on April 11. Admitted fraud by false representation after using a stolen bank card on July 21, 2018, to buy £33.99 worth of alcohol and a scratch card from the Coop in Ruscote Avenue, and £11.85 worth of McDonalds on the same day. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody on May 21 while on bail. Admitted stealing a Breville blend action pro worth £41.99 from Robert Dyas on May 1, and two toothbrushes worth £359.98 from Superdrug on April 30. Also convicted of stealing £31.50 worth of items from the Coop in Byfield, on July 6. Sentenced to 20 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, and ordered to undertake drug rehabilitation activity. Ordered to pay £447.81 compensation.

LEE MULLEN, 32, of Causeway in Banbury, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements on February 12 and 26 imposed following release from prison. Fined £10.

KRZYSZTOF DRAJEWSK, 35, of Field Avenue in Oxford, admitted being the keeper of a vehicle for more than 12 months with no license on February 18, 2016, at Strawberry Porth in Oxford. Fined £276, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £345, and £85 court costs.

CHARMAINE WINMAN, 36, of Woodpiece Road in Upper Arncott near Bicester, admitted assault by beating on October 17 in Queens Avenue in Bicester. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £135 court costs.

GEORGINA LUCY BEAUCHAMP, 31, of Gooseacre in Radley, near Abingdon, admitted stealing £66.95 worth of cleaning materials from Mid-counties Cooperative in Oxford on June 25. Given conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £105 court costs.

CARL BOSWELL, 30, of Mill Lane in Islip admitted drug driving, namely cannabis, on the A34 southbound at Islip on April 13. Fined £170 and ordered to pay £115 court costs. Disqualified from driving.

JUAN CLARKE, 27, of Talbot Close in Harwell near Didcot admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements on May 1, 24, and 31 following release from prison. Sentenced to prison for 14 days.

GRAHAM HAYES, 49, of Potash Mead in Benson, convicted of assault by beating in Henley-on-Thames on June 26, 2018, and failed to surrender to Oxford Magistrates’ Court while on bail on June 17. Community order made requiring rehabilitation activity, and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made banning contact with the victim or going to a certain road in Henley-on-Thames. Fined £50, £200 compensation and £860 court costs.

CARMEN LOVEJOY, 49, of Park Road in Banbury, admitted assault by beating on March 12 in Banbury. Fined £186 and ordered to pay £115 court costs.

ROBERT MOJAK, 36, of Portway in Banbury, admitted speeding on a 30mph zone on Banbury Road, Adderbury, on February 15, and being without insurance. Fined £346 and ordered to pay £119 court costs. Driving licence endorsed with eight points.

JACOB CRESWICK, 20, of Market Place in Wallingford, admitted drink-driving on St Martin’s Street in Wallingford on June 28. Found to have 60mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. He also has no insurance. Fined £1,614 and ordered to pay £165 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

TOMASZ GRUSZKA, 27, of Slade Road in Didcot, admitted driving whilst disqualified on March 21 in Basil Hill Road in Didcot. Fined £270 and ordered to pay £115 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three months.

RHYS HEPTINSTALL, 21, of Pinhill Road in Banbury admitted being in possession of class B drug Ketamine on December 8 in Leamington Spa. Given a conditional discharge for two months and ordered to pay £20 court costs.

NEIL MCCANN, 48, of Morrell Crescent in Littlemore, admitted failing to comply with requirements of the sex offender register, namely failing to notify police of a change of address. Fined £80 and £30 court costs.
