TWO communities in Oxfordshire have won Postcode Lottery payouts this week.
Today, two neighbours in Blacklocks Hill, near Banbury, scooped a £30,000 prize.

The OX17 2BS residents took the biggest prize of the day in the People's Postcode Lottery, a subscription scheme which raises money for charities.
On Monday, residents in Kennington's OX1 5PP took a £1,000 prize.

Players sign up with their postcode and pay £10 per month for tickets.
Organisers say 32 per cent of the fee goes to charities.
