VALE of White Horse District Council will discuss plans to set up a Climate Emergency Advisory Committee.
The committee would be politically balanced and meet in public to advise the council’s Cabinet on environmental issues.

It comes after the council voted to declare a climate emergency in February.
The climate committee is part of the authority's agenda at a meeting at the Beacon, Wantage, from 7pm tomorrow.
