OXFORD MAGISTRATES’
MICHAEL HARDISTY, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted committing an act outraging public decency by masturbating in public and committing the offence during the period of a suspended sentence on May 30 at Cornmarket Street, Oxford. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks.
COLIN RYAN, 34, of Astrop Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to stop after an accident and driving above the legal alcohol limit on January 12 at Oxford Road, Littlemore. Had 104mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was fined a total of £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 15 months.
GARETH KEYES, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted drink-driving on May 15 at Donnington Bridge Road. Had 104mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and must carry out unpaid work for 100 hours. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.
SARA ANNA LEDBURY, 27, of Savile Way, Grove, admitted possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of a quantity of heroin. Given a 12-week jail sentence suspended for 12 weeks and was made subject to a community order to include drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days.

Had 75mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £300. Banned from driving for 16 months.
MATEUSZ FLORCZAK, 27, of Broome Way, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Concord Avenue, Banbury, on May 17. Had 60mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg limit. Fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for 17 months.
DARREN MANNING, 53, of Danvers Road, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated common assault against a man and causing criminal damage to a rear view mirror on December 9 in Abingdon. Given a 12-week sentence suspended for 18 months and was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 18 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation totalling £450, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

He was fined £107 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Banned from driving for six months.
DARREN SIETNIEKS, 53, of Briar Furlong, Ambrosden, admitted speeding by driving 51mph in a 30mph area at Botley Road, Oxford on September 6. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
YOUSIF ELAGAB, 43, of Meadow Lane, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at speeds in excess of 40mph in a 40mph zone on the A33 Swallowfield Bypass, Shinfield on December 22. He was fined £165 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
BEN HORSMAN, 26, of Waltham Gardens, Banbury, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in South Bar Street, Banbury, on May 18. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

THOMAS PATRICK MARTINDALE, 28, of Nethercote Road, Tackley, admitted possessing cannabis in Nethercote Road, Tackley, on May 20. Fined £230, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.
KEVIN JOSEPH WALLS, 39, of Green Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on May 19. Jailed for 12 weeks. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115.
JACK BARRETT, 38, of Mckeevor Place, Banbury, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £310 from Banbury Railway Station on July 25. Must pay £310 compensation, court costs of £85.
KIA FLETCHER, 22, of Spring Meadow, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Heather Close, Carterton, on May 15. Had 52mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
ISMAEL BALLUZ, 60, of Parsons Place, Banbury, was convicted of drink-driving in Southam Road, Banbury, on March 22. Fined £2,700, must pay a victim surcharge of £170 and court costs of £775. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Fined £90, must pay £5.30 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
AMANDA CRICHTON, 23, of Plumpton Road, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Princes Risborough and Bicester North without having paid the fare on December 11. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £5,90 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.
KENNETH STRATTON, 24, of Brunswick Place, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on the railway between Bicester North and Banbury without having paid the fare on December 4. Fined £440, must pay £5,20 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £100 court costs.
JACK DANIEL BROWN, 22, of Coriander Way, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, on March 27. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.
CHERISH CURTIS, 22, of Bennet Road, Faringdon, was convicted of causing criminal damage to a Vauxhall Corsa belonging to a woman in Park Road, Abingdon, on February 5. Must pay £180 compensation, £100 court costs.
EMILY VINCENT, 24, of Sandford Road, Littlemore, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Oxford on October 31. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.
