IAN JAMES NORIEGA, 43, of West Street, Banbury, admitted driving without insurance in South Bar Street, Banbury, on January 29. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

KYLE RICHARD OTWELL, 32, of Pound Way, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence or insurance in Newman Road, Oxford, on February 9. Fined £586, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CLARE LOUISE RICHARDS, 44, of Shergold Road, Bampton, admitted using a mobile phone while driving in Market Square, Bampton, on January 20. Fined £107, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CIPRIAN ROBITU, 23, of Heyford Hill Lane, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in Heyford Hill Lane, Oxford, on January 5. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ALEXANDER SIMMONDS, 22, of Brandon Close, Kidlington, admitted driving without insurance in Bicester Road, Kidlington, on January 30. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

AMANDA TINTO TINTO, 37, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted speeding at 98mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 at Ardley on January 29. Fined £293, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

HOWARD CHARLES RUSSELL, 64, of Langley Road, Abingdon, admitted using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in St Aldates, Oxford, on May 28. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

IAN GARY GREENWOOD, 31, of Sorrel Road, Oxford, admitted stealing items worth £150.90 from Tesco, Oxford, on May 4. A community order was made and he must attend drug rehabilitation treatment for six months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

ISA WARSAME, 25, of Miller Place, Steventon, was convicted of drink driving on the M40 at junction nine in Bicester on January 6. Had 93mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Community order made and he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £930. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

PAUL SIMON CHILTON, 37, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a man by beating him and using abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe violence would be used against them in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on May 2. Community order made and he must attend drug rehabilitation treatment for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

TOBIAS BRUCE, 28, of George Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine in Stratton Way, Abingdon, on July 5. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

NAOMI RUTH PAINTING, 19, of Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Abingdon on December 17. Community order made and she must attend rehabilitation activity for 15 days. A restraining order was put in place until May 2020. Must pay £100 compensation.

DALE Christopher SALLIS, 25, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury and causing criminal damage to clothing valued at £3,555.69 on April 12 as well as a harassment of a woman between April 1 and 13. Given a 20-week jail sentence, suspended for 20 months, and made subject to a community order to include 20 hours of rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days. He must also pay court costs of £1,200 and made subject to a restraining order against his victim.

ALEX WOODHAM, 18, of Stone Hill Walk, Abingdon, admitted causing criminal damage to a wall and a car door and assaulting a man in Abingdon on May 13. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay compensation of £150.

CAROLINE JANE MOORE, 54, of Sandy Lane West, Oxford, admitted sending 21 voice mail messages conveying a threat to cause distress or anxiety to the recipient between November 4 and 7 in Oxford. She was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER DECLAN ROBERTS, 23, of Bird Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm of distress on March 1 in Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

LEANNE RACHEL ROSE, 26, of Downs Close, Harwell, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis in Faringdon on April 21 and failing to surrender to custody. She was fined £100 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

KIMBERLEY JAYNE WHITEHEAD, 54, of Medlicott Drive, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a police community support officer on May 28 at High Street, Abingdon. She was fined £106 and must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.

KATIA LUPPI, 41, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without insurance on December 31 at Woodstock Road, Oxford. She was fined £185 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RUKHSAR AHMED, 46, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 43mph in a 30mph area at North Way, Oxford, on September 20. He was fined £70 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JEFFERY BURGESS, 25, of Swingburn Place, Witney, admitted threatening to destroy property in Witney on April 12. He was jailed for 60 days suspended for 24 months and made subject to a community order to include programme participation for 30 days and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

BRADLEY BRASH, 23, of no fixed abode, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance in Banbury on May 16. Fined £120, victim surcharge £30, six penalty points.
