A MAN grabbed a teenage girl after touching himself sexually and making crude gestures at her.
The daylight sex assault happened in Witney last week, on a footpath that links Lyneham Close and Chedworth Drive.
Police said the victim, a teenage girl, was walking at about 6.15pm on Tuesday (June 18) and saw the man stood on the path ahead of her.
He touched himself 'inappropriately,' officers said, and made 'lewd' gestures.
The man then grabbed her sleeve but she pulled away, and he walked off.
He is described as Asian or Middle Eastern, of average build, and in his late-20s or 30s.
