TWO fire crews managed to extinguish a car fire near Bicester yesterday.
The fire happened just outside Marsh Gibbon and spread to cut hay around the car which was on private land.
Luckily, firefighters in breathing apparatus from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service put out the fire quickly on arrival.

They used a high pressure hose reel to tackle the blaze.
The fire service at Bicester Fire Station said the fire was accidental and no one was hurt.
Fire crews also attended two other car incidents this weekend including a car fire on the M40 near Bicester yesterday and a
three-vehicle crash on a country road between Middleton Stoney and Weston on the Green.
