THOUSANDS of people from around the world visited Bicester Heritage to see a diverse collection of several hundred Land Rovers in an event showcasing the different varieties of the car.
The event, called Land Rover Legends, saw the 1948 Series 1 to the latest models grace the historic site including renovated and restored cars, prototype and pre-production vehicles, production models, rare conversions and military derivatives.
ALSO READ: Grove and Wantage Extravaganza back for fourth year in 2019The gathering, which happened last weekend, even broke records including the largest-ever gathering of the SAS Pink Panthers and the largest ever gathering of the ultra-rare 100-inch wheelbase Land Rovers.
Visitors immersed themselves so much in all things Land Rover, that some even camped outside with their Land Rovers converted into motorhomes, while others perched their tents on top of their beloved vehicles. Music was provided by a Land Rover-based DJ.
