AN Oxford University college has applied for planning permission to rent a barn out as a holiday home.
Christ Church wants to let out the building at Church Farm in the village of Elsfield just north of Marston.
The building itself was only built in 2018, but it is next door to the Grade-II listed Church Farmhouse.
For that reason the college has had to seek listed building planning consent.

The college has sent its holiday home planning application to South Oxfordshire District Council.
Members of public can see the application at southoxon.gov.uk using reference number P19/S1416/LB.
The council is aiming to make a decision by July 23.
