A POPULAR brand of baby food is recalling one of its products due to fears it might contain pieces of rubber.
Cow & Gate is warning that its ‘unsafe’ Cheesy Broccoli Bake Stage 3 (10+ months) may contain small pieces of blue rubber.
The company says people should not feed it to their baby and instead should return it to where they bought it for a refund.
The jars were on sale at most major supermarkets, including Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Tesco.
An explanation as to how the rubber ended up in the food has not been given.
